In 1926, after escaping from the Magical Congress of the United States of America, Jacob Kowalski brought Queenie Goldstein, Newton Scamander and Porpentina Goldstein here. Whilst Jacob stood inside his pigeon coop observing the Pigeons, while Queenie Goldstein stepped inside and most likely used Legilimency on Jacob and found out that his grandfather kept pigeons and added that her grandfather bred owls.

Whilst Newton Scamander stood on a ledge of the rooftop, Tina stood by him and told him that Percival Graves always used Newt's beasts as scapegoats and they needed to stop him. There was only one beast left which was Dougal the Demiguise. Tina was surprised when Newt noted that it was invisible. Gnarlak was interested in beasts during his time of trading magical creatures. Tina told Newt about him and that they should meet with him.[1]
