During the 1990–1991 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Professor Arif Sikander taught his seventh year Muggle Studies students about rotary phones.[1]
Arthur Weasley kept several rotary phones in his shed at The Burrow.[2]
