Rowena Rowle was a British witch who worked at the British Ministry of Magic in the 2010s.[1]
Biography[]
During the Calamity in the 2010s, Rowena Rowle let a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force into the Department of Mysteries to share theories with them about Grim Fawley. As she monologued, the Calamity Investigator stared into the Tank of Brains, accidentally inspiring one to leap onto them. Rowena managed to save the Calamity Investigator, but this experience still enabled the Calamity Investigator to reduce the time they spent brewing Baruffio's Brain Elixir.[1]
