Sam was an American wizard who worked as an Obliviator for the Magical Congress of the United States of America in the 1920s.[1]
Biography[]
In 1926, Sam was tasked with wiping the memory of the No-Maj Jacob Kowalski after he entered the MACUSA headquarters, but was intercepted by Queenie Goldstein.[1] Queenie, a Legilimens, was able to read Sam's mind and see that he was in relationships with two women at the same time, fellow MACUSA employees Ruby and Cecily.[1] Queenie threatened to reveal his infidelity and was thus able to convince him not to Obliviate Jacob.[1]
Physical appearance[]
Sam wore a navy blue blazer with the MACUSA logo on the right side, a white button-down shirt and a blue tie.[2]
