Satinder Singh was a Hufflepuff student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. She was seen walking around the school during the 1993-1994 school year.


"Singh" is a common Indian surname, derived from the Sanskrit sinha meaning "lion." The name Singh is mainly used by followers of the Sikh religion from Punjab, where it is mandatory for all baptised males, per instruction from Guru Gobind Singh.
