- Ethel, who worked as a secretary for the Minister for Magic after 2019, Hermione Granger.[2]
- Kingsley Shacklebolt, who served as a secretary for the British Prime Minister in 1996 whilst undercover for the latter's protection, by the instruction of Rufus Scrimgeour.[3]
- W. de S. Trenholm, a secretary for the Retail Dry Goods Association in 1926.[4]
