Shortbread cookies are a type of biscuit tradtionally made from one part sugar, two parts butter, and three parts flour. Shortbread cookies were sold at Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour in Diagon Alley and they were also baked by the house-elves working in the Hogwarts kitchens.[2][1]
Behind the scenes[]
- The shortbread biscuits sold at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter are incorrectly labelled as "shortbread cookie", using the American English term rather than the British English.
