Silvanus Kettleburn cared for this Fwooper during the late 1980s on behalf of the British Ministry of Magic.[1]
Biography[]
During the late 1980s, the British Ministry of Magic had come into the possession of several different magical birds: three Diricawls, an Augurey, and this Fwooper. As all the birds had been raised in captivity, the Ministry asked for Kettleburn's help in re-introducing them into the wild. Kettleburn himself helped with the transportation of this Fwooper from the Ministry to Hogwarts Castle.
