Sinistra Lowe was a witch and an advocate of the supremacy of pure-blood wizards and witches, having authored at least one book on the subject, The Muggle Conspiracy.[1] Dolores Umbridge had a copy of this work in her desk at the Ministry of Magic, while on the post of Senior Undersecretary to the Minister for Magic.[1]
