Jacob's sibling was impersonating Patricia Rakepick with Polyjuice Potion, in order to infiltrate R's secret meeting, when Rakepick herself arrived in Knockturn Alley via Apparition, initiating this brief fight between Jacob's sibling's team, Alastor Moody, their brother Jacob and Rakepick.^[1]
