Sloane Blair was a witch and member of the Department of International Magical Co-operation of the British Ministry of Magic.[1]
Biography[]
Sloane worked for Department of International Magical Co-operation, she usually assisted foreign visitors in the Atrium. In 1994, she worked in the organisation of the Quidditch World Cup and the Triwizard Tournament.[1]
In the 2010s, the Ministry of Magic Work Experience Programme was under way and Sloane was selected to assist the students in the Atrium as well.[1]
