The Slytherin Medal of Excellence was a medal awarded by Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to a student, Slytherin or otherwise, who had shown exemplary commitment to the ideals of Slytherin House.[1]
History[]
During the 1986–1987 school year, after Jacob's sibling had uncovered and stopped a conspiracy against Slytherin, Professor Severus Snape awarded them this medal for recognition of Slytherin traits.[1]
