This unidentified charm is a Weather-Modifying Charm that creates snow, which was used unintentionally by Ronald Weasley in 1996 whilst practising the spell to turn vinegar into wine, due to his being distracted by his talking to his friend.[1]
Behind the scenes

- In the film adaption of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Ron Weasley does also indeed use this spell unintentionally, however this event happens in the Great Hall and while Ron is getting better after being poisoned and keeping an eye on the sad Lavender Brown.
