The Patisserie Matagot served a Soufflés Bouffis Sucrés during the 1920s.[2]
During the 1988–1989 school year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Wilfred Levi Kidd wanted to make a levitating soufflé for the Great Hogwarts Cook-Off, but had trouble casting the Levitation Charm.[3]
