Stephen Keith Kloves (b. 18 March 1960) is an American screenwriter, who is most renowned for his adaptations of novels, especially for the Harry Potter films except for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, he also produced Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and was a co-writer along with Rowling for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore - The Complete Screenplay.[2]

Kloves attended Fremont High School in Sunnyvale, California before moving into screenwriting.
Career[]
Steve worked with J. K. Rowling on the screenplays for the Harry Potter films, and J. K. Rowling has said that she told him more about the series than anyone else.
