The storeroom is a circular room hidden behind a tapestry on the Gunhilda of Gorsemoor Corridor. It is perfectly round, and contains various objects, including cauldrons, books, potions, and a chest containing a Babayaga Famous Witch and Wizard Card. Being not far from Classroom 3C, where Defence Against the Dark Arts is taught, it may be used to store things by the D.A.D.A. professor, along with the Defence Against Dark Art's Store Room.
After Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger were stuck on the third floor at night, when Professor Severus Snape was patrolling, Hermione used Draconifors, which she learned from one of Professor Binns's books, on the tapestry, revealing the storeroom entrance. They passed through the room and onto the balcony.
