- — Description of Petunia Dursley's pudding[src]
Sugared violets are violets that have been dipped in egg whites and sugar.
History[]
Sugared violet was a known flavour of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans.[2]
Petunia Dursley used sugared violets to decorate her pudding that she made for the Masons' visit on 31 July 1992.[1] The house-elf Dobby later dropped Petunia's pudding using the Hover Charm, in an attempt to prevent Harry Potter from attending Hogwarts that school year.[3]
