"...a huge mound of whipped cream and sugared violets."
—Description of Petunia Dursley's pudding[src]

Sugared violets are violets that have been dipped in egg whites and sugar.

A Sugared Violet flavour bean

Sugared violet is a known flavour of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans.[1]

Petunia Dursley used sugared violets to decorate her pudding that she made for the Masons' visit on 31 July, 1992.[2] The House-elf Dobby later dropped Petunia's pudding using the Hover Charm, in an attempt to prevent Harry Potter from attending Hogwarts that school year.[3]
