The Sunken Relic was a magical artefact that was located at the bottom of the North Sea.[1]
History[]
At some point, this artefact was located on a ship that was travelling through the North Sea. Due to unknown reasons, the ship was sunk and the valuable relic was lost to the sea.
At some point during the 1980s or 1990s, the British Ministry of Magic research wing uncovered the location of the wreckage and asked Jacob's sibling for the help of a Giant Squid that was under their care in the Magical Creatures Reserve. Jacob's sibling agreed and the Giant Squid guarded the Sunken Relic in the ship, fending off a team of divers, until the Recovery Team from the research wing arrived and took the Relic back to the Ministry.
