History[]
Wizards and witches casting this spell to celebrate Santos's victory
In 1932, wizards and witches who were supporters of Santos and Tao cast this spell outside in the German Ministry of Magic headquarters. Supporters of Grindelwald cast this spell in Berlin outside a building after he was absolved by Anton Vogel, and in the streets of Berlin when Vogel explained why Grindelwald should be a candidate for the Supreme Mugwump in the 1932 International Confederation of Wizards' Supreme Mugwump election, and also before a temple in Bhutan to show their support for Grindelwald and his cause. Wizards and witches later cast this spell to celebrate Gellert Grindelwald's victory and later Vicência Santos's.[1]
