Horcrux?[]

Can anyone explain to me how we know that Bertha Jorkins was murdered to create the Nagini Horcrux? Couldn't it just as easily been the Muggle caretaker that Voldemort kills at the Riddle House at the beginning of Book 4?

What year did Bertha discover Crouch Jr?[]

He was rescued by his parents from Azkaban in 1982. In 1994, Ludo Bagman claims her to have been forgetful basically ever since he had known her. I've been looking through claims made by Sirius Black, Crouch Sr, Dumbledore, Winky, Crouch Jr, but no further details are given. Conclusion: With the limited information given, the date ought to be closer to 1982, than 1994. It ought not to have been in the 1990s. VictorV111 (talk) 12:01, 19 November 2023 (UTC)

It isn't known when she discovered Crouch Jr or when Ludo met her. It isn't possible to narrow it down without more details so it could have been any time from 1982 to 1994. - Kates39 (talk) 12:14, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
