OK I've done some investigations and now I'm no so sure. Is there really concrete evidence supporting this event happened before 31 October 1981? I know Jacob must've joined R before that time, because since then rumours came out that he joined the Death Eaters, which would be a plausible explanation only before the FWW ended. But what about this event? Rakepick says in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, Year 5, Chapter 30 (Into the Vault) that Pettigrew went into hiding after it. Is it more possible that it took place after Voldemort's downfall when he was already in hiding? MalchonC (talk) 05:23, 24 March 2021 (UTC)
