How do we know that she was deceased? Not all protraits show deceased people. Also, she might not have been Gryffindor.AB Ng Talk 11:01, July 21, 2014 (UTC)

JKR said in this 2004 interview that all Portraits we have seen are of dead people. Which means that all Portraits we see in books 1 - 4 are of dead individuals.

It´s assumed that she is a Gryffindor because she guarded Gryffindor tower.

But I think she might might not attended Hogwarts, or another house. We cannot say that she went to Hogwarts or was in Gryffindor just because she guards the Gryffindor tower. portraits in bk 1-4 are dead individuals? Well, at least Lockhart isn't. AB Ng Talk 13:29, July 21, 2014 (UTC)

Elizabeth Spriggs not particularly fat?

In the descriptions comparing her with the Dawn French Fat Lady, Spriggs is described as "not particularly fat". While she's probably not as big as French, I don't consider that description accurate. She's likely wearing a corset while in the costume which would straighten out her curves. Plus her dress gives her a considerably larger frame. I think the description should be removed. Her name

Why is she called fat lady? No one would name their own kid that.
