Education Level and Literacy[]
The wiki describes her as "a rather uneducated witch". However, literacy was exceedingly rare in Britain during her lifetime. The fact that she could write a diary at all demonstrates how well-educated she was for her time. Although her class is unknown, she does not come off as being a member of the nobility in her style of writing and lifestyle, so her education can probably be attributed to Hogwarts.
