I think the white background should be changed -- on Cornelius Fudge's page, the "Order of Merlin" piece at the beginning doesn't show up. See? Fudge Should the white background be changed? --HarryPotterRules1 (talk) 12:48, March 29, 2017 (UTC)

It's the CSS styling for <small><a> tags which for some bizarre reason is set to #fff i.e. solid white. You'll need someone with high-level access to fix that, I don't even know where to look on Wikia to find it :-( —Phil | Talk 13:22, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
It's because the background was not white when it was set that way -- it was only recently changed in an overhaul.--HarryPotterRules1 (talk) 13:57, March 29, 2017 (UTC)

Error and missing content on the home page

Hi there; I'm completely confused as to what the cause is, and I want to ask if it's only happening to me (which would be even odder, but still.)

The current homepage, I am unable to see the following:

{{Community Links}}
<span style="display:none;">{{reflist}}</span>

[[Category:Harry Potter Wiki]]

In view source, they clearly are still on the page, but they aren't being displayed. I don't think it's just me, because Main Page is not showing on Category:Harry Potter Wiki, and is listed at Special:Community and Special:Insights/uncategorizedpages for needing to add a category (aka not registered as having been categorized). It is also not shown on Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Community Links; I'm not seeing this template on the main page, and it's not registered as having it being placed there. Finally, I'm not seeing any of the interlanguage links.

While I don't think this is a super serious issue, I do find it peculiar, and wonder if it could be fixed. Thanks! --Sammm✦✧(talk) 22:12, October 19, 2018 (UTC)

You're right. I don't see it, too.  Harry granger   Talk   contribs 22:30, October 19, 2018 (UTC)
It was a coding issue originating in an edit I made last month; entirely my fault. Hopefully it's fixed now. Thanks for pointing it out! --  Seth Cooper  owl post! 21:53, October 21, 2018 (UTC)
