Details on rat memos[]
Just as a heads up, the memo image shows a few names ("Attention Of: J. Ward, L. O'Sullivan, and F. Wakefield, Reply to: Y. Blishen") as well as "Addressing all 2nd Floor Sorcery Staff" that "following the conclave of the East Coast Wizards and a majority vote FOR the 'Calufrax' Edict" "Alien Wand Permit" "requests must now be filled out with the following codes".
