Name and dates

To me, the last letters of her name look like Yoa or similar. Her dates seem to be 1826 - 1926, don´t they? She would have been 100 years old when she died. That´s normal for wizards.--Rodolphus 11:02, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

My computer can't read Blu-Rays so I had to resort to photographing my TV to get an image with legible text. The last letters of her name are actually "-noa," but I couldn't pause the Blu-Ray player at the moment you can see the "n," and thus couldn't get a picture. You also get to see the first letter of her name very briefly right after Hermione knocks, and although I again couldn't pause at the right moment, I think it may have been "M." What about moving the page to "Noa Black", then? Or better not, as it´s a bit speculative.--Rodolphus 11:22, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Am I wrong, or is there an m next to the dates? May it be short for married?--Rodolphus 11:40, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Moving the article to that title would be too speculative. You're right about the "m" meaning "married." This symbol appears on the scrolls of several other portraits on the Black family tree (Cedrella Weasley née Black being one example). Starstuff (Owl me!) 14:10, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Aged 100?

Has it ever been stated that she aged 100 (other than based on the years)? If not, she could have aged 99 if she died before her birthday. PetStarPlanet (talk) 15:32, October 13, 2018 (UTC)
