--Error?-- "In 1997, Dumbledore spoke with Professor Severus Snape on the plot to kill the former. Snape told him that he'd rather not do it. It was overheard by Harry Potter. This only occurred in the film version." Correct me if I'm wrong but in the film Snape and Dumbledore are talking at the top of the astronomy tower and are nowhere near the Owlery --Darth Jadious 11:04, 19 August 2009 (UTC)

Cho Chang's Owl?[]

Cho Chang is listed as having an Owl in the owlery, but in book 5 when she runs into Harry at the owlery to send her mother a birthday package, it's written that she "looked around for a suitable owl". If she had her own owl there, why wouldn't she have used that, and if her owl was off somewhere it doesn't mention that, so unless there is another mention somewhere stating that she has an owl there, I don't think that's correct. --BachLynn23 14:15, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

You're right. We should probably delete the article Cho Chang's owl, then. Starstuff (Owl me!) 00:47, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
I agree, I hadn't even looked at that article yet. Unless someone else can come up with some canonical proof that she did indeed have an owl. Although unless it is on a video game or came up in an interview with JKR, I'm fairly positive there isn't any, I've read both the english and American version of the books and seen the movies all fairly recently, I just can't find anything specifically referencing an owl belonging to her or her family. --BachLynn23 00:59, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
Well, in Order of the Phoenix (video game) the owl isn't specified to be Cho's. And as the book strongly implies it is a school owl, I guess deleting the article is what we should do. --  Seth Cooper  owl post! 13:39, July 23, 2010 (UTC)
