- The Leaky Cauldron article states that Rade has "possibly [been cast] in the role of Gregorovitch." This is speculation, so until we have more information, we should simply report what Rade has said about his part, and not come to any definitive conclusions about it. While it's possible that "swords with special power" is a mistranslation of "magic wands," and that his role is Gregorovitch, it's also possible his role is a new character invented by the filmmakers. We know that Griphook has Gryffindor's sword in one scene, so it can be presumed that the filmmakers haven't cut these elements, and that they won't have a "wizard who makes swords with special power" forge a sword to destroy the Horcruxes in place of Gryffindor's. But it's still possible that the filmmakers could make a wizarding swordmaker somehow involved in the Gryffindor's sword subplot — perhaps as the person Dumbledore has make the fake sword? ★ Starstuff (Owl me!) 19:12, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
Nationality[]
I thought JKR had a strict policy when she signed over rights that all actors must be of British nationality. Isn't that why they have not asked American-born actors Eleanor Columbus, Verne Troyer and Zoe Wanamaker to ever return to the films?
Well, exceptions were made for foreign roles. Gregorowitch´s nationality was not revealed, though he may have lived in Germany.--Rodolphus 17:31, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
