There's no evidence that Grumble the Grubby Goat is in the in-universe version of The Tales of Beedle the Bard. It might very well be a story that Aberforth liked that is from a completely different collection of tales, or even a muggle story. Albus' mentions that it was Aberforth's favorite story but not that it was a tale from Beedle the Bard. My children have lots of favorite stories, coming from many different collections of books.
Please cite evidence that Grumble exists in The Tales of Beedle the Bard.
