No of course. We do have JKR's quote about 17 being a little young to go into politics (when discussing what Harry did after the Battle of Hogwarts). Do you think it's possibly less than 17 in Germany? --Ironyak1 (talk) 14:07, January 11, 2017 (UTC)

Personally, I´d tend to think that the age applies worldwide, given this has been the age requirement in various international tournaments. I think there is still a little chance that it is diferent in the Muggel (the German translation in the books) world, Perhaps 18?--Rodolphus (talk) 14:16, January 11, 2017 (UTC)

Vogel?[]

Does anyone think there could have been a chance this wizard was Anton Vogel, who was German Minister for Magic in 1932? Of course, that should BTS only since we can't confirm these two are definitely the same, but I think there's some possibility at the very least. RedWizard98 (talk) 13:28, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
