Tallow and Hemp Toxic Tapers[2] was a shop that specialised in poisonous candles.[1] It was located in Knockturn Alley,[1] close to Trackleshanks Locksmith.

During the 1990–1991 school year, Verucca Buckthorn-Snyde requested her niece Merula Snyde purchase her some poisonous candles from this shop while in Knockturn Alley.[3]
