The Terror (French: La Terreur) was a period of mass execution of enemies of the French Revolution that took place between 1793 and 1794.[2] Among those targeted by the revolutionaries was the wizard Vincent Duc de Trefle-Picques. He managed to escape execution by casting a Concealment Charm on his own neck and pretending to have already been decapitated.[1]
