The Bronx is the northernmost of the five boroughs of New York City.[2]
History[]
In 1926, Credence Barebone was in his Obscurus form near a tenement, destroying its street, which was in the Bronx.
Before being adopted by Mary Lou Barebone, Modesty Barebone lived in the above mentioned tenement with her mother, father, and nine siblings. Modesty's adoptive brother, Credence, took Percival Graves there when the Auror (really Gellert Grindelwald in disguise) was searching for her, believing she might have returned to her former home.[3]
The "Ginger Witch" was living in the Bronx in 1926 when she was reported by The New York Ghost to have been prosecuted for stealing a wig.[1]
