The Hunting of the Snark is a work typically categorised as a nonsense poem authored by Lewis Carroll, written from 1874 to 1876.[1]

Screed & Sons, a bookshop in Charing Cross Road that specialised in first editions and old books, had a copy of The Hunting of the Snark on display on the front window.[2]
