- "I trust all of you have the tickets that Bunty gave you? You’ll need them to gain access to the ceremony."
- — Albus Dumbledore to his army[src]
The ticket was, according to Albus Dumbledore, required to gain access to the walk of the Qilin ceremony in 1932. It depicted a bowing Qilin, above the term "THE WALK OF THE QILIN" written in a stylistic font.[1]
History[]
In 1932, Dumbledore tasked Bunty Broadacre with taking each ticket and giving it to the other members of Dumbledore's first army: Newton Scamander, Yusuf Kama, Jacob Kowalski, Eulalie Hicks, and Theseus Scamander, who would join the ceremony and hinder Gellert Grindelwald's plans.[1]
Before travelling from Hogwarts to the ceremony via the Qilin Ceremony Portkey, Dumbledore asked the members of his army to ensure that Bunty had given all of them the tickets.
