Theo Strongarm was a British wizard and potioneer who served as a member of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force.[1]
Biography[]
At some point during the late 2010s or 2020, Strongarm joined the Statue of Secrecy Task Force. As part of the task force, he developed a vigorous stirring method that increased the effectiveness of the Tonic for Trace Detection. This tactic was soon adopted by a Calamity Investigator working for the task force in order to improve their own potions. Strongarm later advised the same Calamity Investigator that potion potency could be affected by both the elixir itself and the wizard who consumed it. He recommended that a good nap prior to drinking a potion could improve the drinker's receptibility to that potion's effects. The Calamity Investigator later put Strongarm's advice to the test, finding that it improved the effectiveness of their Wit-Sharpening Potion.[1]
