Timothy Charles Robert Noel "Tim" Bentinck, 12th Earl of Portland (born 1 June, 1953) is an Australian-born English actor who portrayed the Witness in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
He is probably best known for his recurring role as David Archer in the BBC radio serial The Archers. In addition to being an actor, he is also an inventor and peer, the 12th Earl of Portland.
