This hex is used to cause the victim's toenails to grow at an alarmingly fast pace.

History

Creation

This hex was invented by Severus Snape in his school years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Therefore, it has not been approved by the Ministry of Magic.

1996–1997 school year

In 1996, Harry Potter used this hex on Vincent Crabbe. Ron Weasley also recommended trying it on Cormac McLaggen.
