A tornado is a violently rotating column of air that was in contact with both the surface of the Earth and a cloud.[1]
History[]
At some point before 1890, there was a Boggart in Hogwarts Castle that five professors had to defeat. It shifted into various forms including a werewolf, someone's mother-in-law, a Hungarian Horntail, a plate of haggis and a tornado.[2]
