A toy werewolf was a soft toy in the form of a werewolf.[1]
History[]
At some unknown point, a toy werewolf was placed in the Artefact Room, where it was found by Peeves.
During the 1984–1985 school year Christmas holidays, Jacob's sibling and their friends decided to do a gift-giving exchange to celebrate Christmas, with one of the gifts being a toy werewolf.[1] During one Christmas holiday, Charlie Weasley gave a toy werewolf to one of his siblings as a Christmas present.[2]
During Rowan Khanna's time at Hogwarts, they helped make Christmas crackers for Hogwarts's Christmas feast. They put a toy werewolf inside one of the Christmas crackers and gave it to their friend, Jacob's sibling, to open.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
- Whether or not Nymphadora Tonks receives a toy werewolf is based on who Jacob's sibling chose to exchange gifts with, Tonks, Penny Haywood, or Merula Snyde.
- Given the wizarding world's stigma against werewolves, it is strange that a soft toy would exist modelled after one.
