Troy "Tank" Duvall was an American wizard who played as a Beater on the American National Quidditch team, and also served as the team's Captain at the 1994 Quidditch World Cup. He wore a helmet with a brown pumpkin design on it.
The name "Troy" is from a surname that originally denoted a person from the city of Troyes in France. This was also the name of the ancient city that was besieged by the Greeks in Homer's Iliad.
