Unfogging the Future was a book on divination, written by the celebrated Seer Cassandra Vablatsky,[1] which was published by Rumiharts Books.[2] From at least 1993 onward, this book was a required textbook for students taking Divination classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1] A copy of this book cost two galleons at Flourish and Blotts in Diagon Alley.[3]

It was a thick, black-bound book with a picture on the front cover depicting the full moon shrouded in fog.[3] There were at least five volumes.[5]
