This individual was a witch or wizard who became the professor of Defence Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, for the 1987–1988 school year.[2]
Many, among them the famous Curse-Breaker, Patricia Rakepick, considered this individual to be an inept teacher.[2]
By the end of the year, this professor needed to be replaced because of Lord Voldemort's jinx on the post.
