This woman was a Muggle who lived in the late 19th century.
Biography[]
At some point, she had a child who was later found to be a wizard and attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where they met a new pure-blood friend. Later, she sent a letter to the mother of this friend of her child's, causing the pure-blood mother who adhered to pure-blood supremacy to be extremely frustrated (at her child's choice of friend) that she sent her son a Howler.[2]
