This wizard was an elderly member of the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures assigned to come to Hogwarts Castle for the execution of the Hippogriff, Buckbeak, in 1994, with Walden Macnair.[1] He was noted for having a feeble, reedy voice.[2]
