During the Calamity in the late 2010s or early 2020s, a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force visited Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour and met this attendant, who offered to "show the magic" to anyone interested. The investigator agreed to go on the attendant's tour and learned the parlour's techniques to prevent melting, which they modified to increase the effectiveness of their Strong Exstimulo Potions.[1]
