This individual (fl. 1927) was a French Non-Magique policeman.[2]
Biography[]
In 1927, he was guarding near the entrance to Place Cachée. When Newt Scamander and Jacob Kowalski arrived at Paris to investigate, Newt used the Confundus Charm on the Policeman to distract him for a moment.[2]
