In 1932, Newt Scamander, Jacob Kowalski and Eulalie Hicks questioned this official on the whereabouts of Theseus Scamander following Theseus's arrest by Helmut, to which he replied that their Ministry had no records of Theseus' apprehension. Jacob then spotted Helmut at the Ministry, and he, Newt and Hicks pursued him, but were prevented when a wall appeared out of nowhere in front of them, with Helmut on the other side.[1]
