This individual was the Head Auror of the French Ministry of Magic during 2020 and a member of the Unforgivable, being one of the numerous members with important positions in the wizarding world.[1]
Biography[]
When Gareth Greengrass, a fellow member of the Unforgivable, was apprehended by Harry Potter, he listed this individual's identity in a journal when naming members of the organisation in return for proper healthcare being given to his daughter.[1] It is likely that Harry reported this individual to the French Ministry for their criminal dealings with the Unforgivable.
