This person owned a candy stall where they sold sweets.[1]
One morning, a vagabond who arrived at Hogsmeade some time prior gave them a page from his notebook. They paid him a few Sickles in return. A wizard named Brendan Flintshard felt so moved by the gesture that he bought a Pepper Imp, which cost him dearly, but brightened his whole day.[1]
